10 years working as a 9-5
I started my career as a management trainee in a factory in Bidor, Perak, where I learned the importance of systems and structure while handling an ISO 9001 project.
As an introvert, I used to avoid sales and marketing, but I knew I had to learn them to grow.
So I stepped out of my comfort zone — starting as a telemarketer, then moving into business development, and eventually becoming Head of Sales & Marketing, leading a full team.
Starting an Online Coaching Business
After 10 years in corporate, I took the leap to start my own coaching business and eventually worked with clients from 12+ countries.
It wasn’t easy, but through trial and error — from sales and automation to team building — I learned how to make businesses run smoother, convert better, and grow faster.
